my boyfriend just got locked up and hes 18 and im 16 so i cant go visit by myself but if his cousin who is 20 takes me to go visit him can she do that? I live in illinois. And also if an inmate doesnt want to see the person that's visiting can they refuse to talk to them? Also does she have to be my legal guardian?
