can i use type-f automatic transmission fluid with Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited(2000)?

I dont have access to a auto shop right now and i have to replace the atf of my jeep and i only have some type f available.(im not going to use this to drive around, just for a test run to see if the jeep works at all)
