Can I use twitter with a mobile phone?

I've heard about using twitter on a mobile but I can't find the answers to
1) Does your carrier charge you when Twitter sends updates to your phone?

2) Are you charged normally to send stuff to twitter?

it depends on your carrier and your phone. if you dont have a data plan thatn it will cost you $.03 a kb. Most carriers have some sort of place on their website where you can browse apps and click a button on them that send that info to your phone so it can download it. If your phone has windows mobile you can go to freewarepocketpc.net and download to app for free and then only have to pay for the data if you dont have a data plan
