Can i use this phone with T Mobile Pay as You Go?

I'm about to get my first phone on pay as you go with T-Mobile i don't really like their selection of phones so i went on newegg and found this :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16875136117 is it ok to buy this and then activate it for pay as you go?
Also, can everyone suggest good phones for t mobile pay as you go for less than 130 dollars? Thanks!!
 
Yes you can use it since it is a GSM phone. I would actually go with any of the T-Mobile to go phones since they are actually really good phones.
