Can I use the same phone number for two twitter accounts?

I want to join two accounts, but am I allowed to do that? =( That would be so much easier. =/

I have a youtube account called LoveGrowsByTalking acronym (LGBT) and I have a twitter, LGBTYTT the acronym for LoveGrowsByTalking's YouTube and Twitter. But I want to use my current cell number for both my DeadorAlive19 and my LGBTYTT's twitter. How can I do that? =(
