I know that my ignorance is showing here as I just purchased this phone on Ebay.
I recently replaced my dead Verizon phone (not a smart phone) with a Palm Treo 700wx and got it activated w/o a data plan. I have a little less than a year left on my original 2-year commitment. To me, $30/month extra is too much for how much I would use the data.
I was wondering if I would be able to purchase the Palm Wifi SD Card and access the internet w/o activating or using Verizon's data plan?
