Can i use the internet on Samsung Tocco Lite - S5230?

Well can i use the internet on Samsung Tocco Lite - S5230 as i buyed it new i'm still trying to see what i can do and today i went on the internet but im not sure weather it took my money or not.

My Service is from 02 im using Pay & Go.

Please help!
