Can I use student loans, scholarships, and financial aid to pay for fraternity?

Hey, I plan on joining on a fraternity next year. my question is, can I use financial aid, student loans, and scholarships to pay the fraternity cost. (ie. rent, dues)

Does it still count as school housing?

and frat is cheaper than the schools proposed cost for dorms; room and board

I certainly hope not. Fraternities are generally exclusive "pay to belong and get instant friends and future coonections" organizations. I think that is more of a luxury than an educational necessity. Yuck. Please reconsider.
