Can I use Sony Vegas Pro to make Excellent YouTube Intros like the intros in theses videos

If I am able to use Sony Vegas Pro...which one should I get? Can you provide a link to what it should be or just give me the name and I'll look for it myself? I don't have the money for Adobe After Effects and I ran out of the trial version.
