Can I use ROTC classes / training towards promotion points under military education?...

...If so how? I enrolled in ROTC and completed all training and corsework during college, but decided I did not want my commission and went enlisted. What points can I gain from this training, if any, towards my military education promotion points? Im a very rare case in the army so any answers will help. I've fallen through every crack and am hoping to get lucky on this one.
 
The credits count, just like any other college credit does.

For new enlistees, they can gain advanced enlistment rank for 1 year of college ROTC. And enlist as an E-3.
