The recipe I looked at gave a name of chocolate which was a brand name - foolishly I thought I could buy another brand as I couldn't find the one mentioned, and I hate it when recipes have brands. But I've now looked up the original brand and it is cooking chocolate, not normal chocolate like I thought. (Stupid recipe for not specifying that!)
Will it work with normal chocolate or does normal chocolate not melt and set correctly?
