Can I use my Reason sequencer to light a light every 4 beats using the MIDI signal?

Instead of sounding a drum on a drum machine via MIDI output I'd like that signal to flash an LED PAR so it can be used similar to the metronome click thus being able to stay in time with other sequenced sounds.
