Can I use my primary remote control on a third TV I married to the primary receiver?

I have a dual receiver on 2 TVs, I married a 3rd TV to the primary receiver, it will have to watch the same channel as the primary ok, but can I use the primary remote to switch channels instead walking back to the primary receiver to change the channel? Can I set up the remote control to change channels on the 3rd TV? DISH Network
