My stepdad bought the iphone 4 and gave me his old iphone 3gs but i cant afford the data plan(yes i pay it myself) is there any way around it? My phone is unlocked and jailbroken on 4.0.1 can att make me get a data plan if i bought the phone for 600$(without 2 year contract?)
