Well here's the deal I just received a $500 check from FAFSA to purchase books. However this money came 2 weeks late, as I needed the books then to do Homework. My mom had to pay a total of about $317 on books. But now that I have the check that should've arrived for me 2 weeks ago, maybe even 3 weeks ago, and is now in my possesion could I spend it to buy a $200-$350 camcorder? I have a Video arts and technology class, so technically it's not a total personal purchase. I still have $15,500 of finacial aid left too.
