After a treatment of the radioactive iodine I-131, during isolation, is it ok to use electronic equipment like the computer or the Nintendo WII? Is it safe for others in the house to use those same devices during that time? If I use it now, will the radiation stay in the electronics later? And is it ok to use disposable plastic gloves to use these devices?
