*CALLING ALL COOKS AND BAKERS*? Hi there just wondering last december i was going to make up some more christmas cakes so got my big container and weight all my friut added 2 bootles of sherry and some brandy put lid on and left in pantry, totely forgot all about it as had made many anyway, i looked at it last night it smells fine just strong of alchole,, i spooned it around and its very moist and wet still just wondering if its still ok to use in making christmas cakes?? xx
