I don't want any of the "you shouldn't cheat" answers, if that's how you feel then please just keep it to yourself. I personally find it fun.
Now, with civilization wars I have opened cheat engine, and I did a 4 byte search for the number multiplied by 8 first, and I never was able to find the final value. Then I tried a search without multiplying the value and still was unable to find anything, and it's been happening with most of the games I've tried it with lately.
I find changing a few values in the game as fun, I'm not going to be trying to hack into servers or anything like that, so I doubt I'll be going to jail for anything like that. I'm not going to do anything stupid like that. i think you overgeneralized a little bit. Having fun changing values in a game does not equal having fun hacking into networks and stuff like that.
