Can I use cheap oil in my 2001 Honda Accord Coupe?

I have a Honda Accord Coupe with a V6 with 98k and I have to change the oil. Autozone has a great deal going on with 5 qts. oil and STP oil filter for $10.99. I'm not really sure of the quality of Autozone oil, so I wanted to get a few opinions. Thanks.

Spend the extra money and use good oil and oil filter.
