There is a $30 per month plan at Walmart, I think with t-mobile, that I want to buy and use, but I don't want to pay for the phone they are selling there... Could I use a different phone? Or, if not, could I buy the phone unlocked from somewhere else and then use the $30 card from Walmart on it?
