Can I use an unlocked Droid phone to download AT&T ringtones?

If I had an unlocked Droid phone on AT&T, and after the Droid becomes available on AT&T, would I be able to access AT&T's MEdiaMall? I'm asking this assuming, by what I've read, that the Droid will eventually come out for AT&T and that I bought the unlocked Droid before AT&T made it available.
