I have a Vito Saxaphone, but it's been sitting in its case for 10 years. Looks like there's a lot of green stuff on the inside of it (can I clean that somehow?). The mouth piece is shot, but I figure that's easy to replace. Possible to put a Yamaha Alto Saxaphone mouth piece on the Vito?
