Can i use a vodafone internet sim card in my vodafone mobile phone?

I just have a vodafone mobile that I'm no using anymore, and I just want to know if can i get an internet sim card and use it in the mobile, just for internet.
 
I'm not really sure what an Internet sim is or if they are different to normal sims but yeah there is nothing stopping you
