A guy bought my car with a signed note saying he would pay the remaining x amount by x date. he hasn't done this and I've gone in circles with him trying to get it from him. I have a text message conversation in which we states he isn't going to pay me because he isn't happy with the car. If i were to get this conversation from Verizon and have it printed out would it hold up as evidence in small claims court?
Can I use a printed out Text Message Conversation as evidence in small claims court?
