I want to add a prepaid visa gift card to my paypal account which ones can I use and where can I find them? I need one with no fees for use that I can get with no SSN. the prepaid visa gift cards dont allow me to deposit money onto my card ( they are not reloadable) so what are my choices?
1: must be able to use it with paypal
2: must be reloadable
3: need to buy and use without providing a SSN
4: no fees for use
