Can I use a microscope on pre-cum?

Ok, yes this is a damn weird question, but I'm serious about this and figured I would check on here for any medical advice from those who are knowledgeable.

I'm aware that prior to ejaculation, in pre-cum, there can be "rogue sperm" which still present the risk to be pregnant. This isn't the case with everyone. In order to be more sure of my situation, I wanted to buy a microscope and examine my pre-cum to see if it did indeed have sperm; and therefore, I would know if pulling-out would be effective or not. I'm not speaking of STDs or anything, just pregnancy chance.

Is this possible to examine? Would a regular microscope work? How expensive or reliable? Thanks.
Thanks for the answer. What if I superglue my little guy shut, then get some anti-super glue and open it back up afterward??
