can i use a lawn mower piston on my dirt bike?

i have a 97 kawasaki 100 dirt bike and my piston and rings have gone bad.. i cant afford new ones or used ones, but i do hav old lawn mowers and rideing mowers that still run, could i use the piston out of one of them, and put it on my dirt bike..
 
unless you have a kawasaki lawnmower with the same engine. then no it will not work
