Internet is blocked on my phonebill (that my parents pay for). if i were to buy a iphone on craigslist or something could i use the iphone? and would the internet still be blocked?
i am pretty sure that you will just have no access to the Rogers, AT&T, Bell, etc internet plan
but if you are in a wireless range, then you will be able to pick up a signal since they have wireless cards built in such as the iPod touches.
