Can i use a fish tank and turn it into a reptile tank if i buy the right lights

and heats etc....? I Cant afford a reptile tank and no body seems to have one i could have locally and it need to be big lol, so i was wondering about my question above
Ok Thanks i Shall do that then Samanther and whats a tank topper ? i dont quite get can anyone help me on that one please?
