Can I use a blackberry on metropcs without paying the $66 bill?

So I have a metropcs plan of 4 lines per 100 bucks... And I want to get a blackberry... I don't really use social networking but I really use the BlackBerry messenger and the word stuff! I would like to know what can I do to get the phone without paying that bill and if I can get it with my plan???
Please answer ASAP! :)
