I just ordered 2 12" Kicker Comps and I already have a 1000w Sony Xplod amp and I was wondering if the RMS would be to much for them. Because they are only rated for 150w RMS and 300w peak per sub. I have seen people use this setup on youtube and it seems like it works just fine. I have also read that Kicker under rates their Subs, are they really able to handle more than 150w RMS each? How should I set my Sony amp? Anyone know any cheap good amps?
