I have a Samsung Q310, and I want to upgrade the graphics card, but I don't know if the current graphics card is removable or if it is permenantly attached to the motherboard. Does anyone know, or know a way that I can tell without taking it apart and invalidating my warranty?

I am sorry to inform you that you can't upgrade the graphics card on your laptop. It is a graphics chip soldered directly to the mother board. I hope this helped.

Well, it really depends on how new your laptop is. I did a search on E-bay and they do indeed sell some on there. Apparently it is a very difficult process, and requires you to nearly dissassemble everything in your notebook. You can read more about it on the website I put in the sources.

sorry to tell you, but you cant upgrade the graphics on your laptop, plus if you open the case you will invalidate your warranty, if you really need better graphics you can only sell your laptop while its still current and then put the money towards a laptop with a dedicated memory type of graphics card - http://www.computer-adviser.com/laptop-video-card.html

you will probably be able to replace your gpu. but i say that it's very hard because i have read that you have to disassemble almost evrything in your laptop including the mobo. try getting a pro to do it for you.
