I recently discovered this "Game Creator" or "Game Mod" called Garry's Mod and i have 5 Questions

1. Is this legal, can you take full credit and sell your game to others "Legally"

2. Can other Players "Spawn" things. making things "Appear"

3. How would this work if other People wanted to play?
