Can I trust Big Boss for the Iphone?

This guy Big Boss has some very cool apllications for installer. However when i click install i get a warning that "this comes from an untrusted source and may be unsafe to install" Is this really unsafe to install if my iphone is hacked, or is it ok to go ahead and download? Has anyone heard of him before?
 
I use Big Boss for my iTouch's Cydia, and I have gotten plenty of good-clean apps from them. I reccomend them =)
