Can I transfer video/pictures files to pc ? Nokia 6103

HI,
I have a nokia 6103 picture/video phone with a usb data cable & pc suite installed not working. Should I be able to transfer these file's, All help appreciated, Thanks
 
yes you can pc suite from nokia will allow you to do that
make sure remove the old drivers
then install again
