I currently have a cell phone under the T-Mobile pay as you go plan, and I want to switch to a different company. I've gone to several different places and they all tell me that I need an account number and my pin number in order to port my number over to a new service. As far as I know, I don't have an account number, because I don't get a bill or anything. Is there a way to transfer my number or am I stuck?
