Can I trade in my phone to verizon for a cheaper flip phone free of charge?

I currently have a Samsung Rogue. It's a touch screen and I hate it. It is impossible to text on and it drops calls all the time. Is there any way I can go into Verizon and ask to get a cheap flip phone and trade in the my Rogue for little or no charge? Thanks for your help.
 
You can only exchange a phone within the first 30 days.. If you're past the 30 days, you can activate an old phone that you have, buy one online (eBay, etc.) or buy a used phone from Verizon that's still in like-new condition, starting at $50
