So i had my kyocera rio for about a month and my touch screen is very off..when i touch a button that i want to click it go's to some where else..and my plan is to pay 45 $ a month and i have 1 year guaranty and i also want the same plan..and the same phone number... so can trade in my kyocera rio for the messanger touch?.. with out paying ...? pleasee answer :/
