Can i take my Car into the Chevy dealership to have them fix it?

even though alot of emissions are disabled. For example no Egr, no cats or would they say something about all that not being there and not work on it or what? thanks
well only problem im having is that im getting backfires when i hit the gas hard and alot of muffled pops from the exhaust and sometimes from the intake. it drives perfectly if dont step on it hard
2000 camaro ss. ive tried 2 have it scanned at auto zone for free but they didnt get a reading what so ever so im figuring it was a computer delete or something i dont know.
 
a shop cannot touch the exhaust system of a car if the catalytic converters have been removed, without first reinstalling catalytic converters. but they should still be able to work on other parts of the car. they may try to talk you into paying for all the emissions stuff to be fixed. maybe all your stuff being disabled is the reason you have problems and need to take it to the shop?

what kind of car?
have you had it scanned for trouble codes?
