My boss is making threats about my job to my co-workers because I do not agree with everything that he wants to implement. He continually undermines me with my employees and lies and takes credit for my work while continually giving me more projects to do. He expects me to work 10 to 12 hour days because I am salary. I have been with the company longer than he has been and many people have quit because of his actions. His boss seems to be blind to the things that he does and he continually lies to him about the actions of others. I am not the only one that he has targeted and our workplace has become a war zone.
Can I take legal action against my employer for creating a hostile work environment?
