I started taking prenatals as soon as i found out i was pg. during my first prenatal visit the doc told me to take one supplement of expecta, one of omega 3 in addition to the prenatals. I'm just wondering if i take expecta along with the omega 3 fish oil would that be too much fish oil omega 3 in my system? obviously since the expecta does have the omega 3.
