Can I take a pregnancy test a day or two before my period?

I had sex almost 4 weeks ago and I can't wait anymore to take a test.
So if I took a test a day or two before should it be accurate?

yup...up to 5 days before your missed period you can take most tests.

you can but even though the tests say that you can find out few days before, I guarantee you that waiting few days after you miss your period is the most accurate time. I took mine the day that I missed my period and it said that I was not pregnant. Took it 7 days later and it showed up positive.

it should be. it is the most accurate the day you miss your period but the first response early response should work as well.
