Can I take a photo off the internet and send it to someone (blow it up) and frame it?

I dont care about the legalities whatsoever.. It was a negative I was bidding on (on ebay) and lost at the last second. Being that there is probably not another on like it in the world, is there a way to finish it and have it blown up, just off the internet? and if any of you think you can find this photo I will pay you a sweet finders fee for your troubles. Send me an email to [email protected] if your up for the hunt.
 
Any image taken off the web from a screen shot would blow up to be pixelated and beyond recognition. So even if your morals are so low that you don't care about legalities, it is still not viable.
 
You cannot believe you do not care about violating copyright law. Luckily the image file is only 400 x 265 @ 72 DPI so cannot even make a decent 4x6 inch print.

Think about being a good citizen and forget about stealing the image.

Well as a photographer I do. How stupid do you have to be to come on to a forum and ask a bunch of photographers how to steal a colleagues work ?
