Can I take a contact phone on vodafone?

I'm 15 and I'd like to take a contract on vodaphone from carphone warehouse. My mum only let's me do it if they let me have it...but will they let me have contract at this age?

Your mum from what I understand would need to take the contract out -

In order to have a contract , you need to provide , bank details , employment - where you stay then they run a credit check

They need to be able to guarantee that you will be able to pay bills etc
