Can I sue this restaurant? What would you do?

Awhile ago I went to a local Mexican food restaurant and ordered a vegetarian burrito. I came home and was eating it halfway through when I found this disgusting thing in it. It was a tooth-like animal bone that was hard as a rock. I nearly choked and hurt my tooth on it. I called the manager and told him about it, and he said he could give my family and I all the food we wanted for free for compensation...We told him we could sue him for this, and that's when he said that.

If this was you, what would you do? Stupid restaurant!!

I would definitely not eat there again, but please don't be so rude. The manager seems to be remorseful for the accident if he's offering you to eat as much as you want there for FREE. Don't sue unless you feel sick. If you end up getting salmonella or any type of food poisoning, then you should consider legal action.
