I was at a urinal at a bar. I'm a 42 year old flagrantly homosexual man. Anyhow, there was this guy taking a leak next to me, and his gear was big, so I touched it saying hey there big boy. He punched me in the face, and I feel it's discrimination because he would not react the same way if it was a woman who did it. Was I discriminated against because of my sexuality?
Can I sue this guy for discrimination?
