can i sue over used car purchase from individual? i bought an '87 jeep was assured

it was never wrecked? i was also promised that the milage was correct 94,567. ththe speedometer didnt work but they assured me that it had just stopped working the previous day. they said they were good christian people and wouldnt lie. i fell for it. when i got to the tag office i found out that the vehicle was a rebuilt one. i called and they said they were unaware even though they had the vehicle for 10 yrs, they repeated that they were christins and didnt lie. also i took the jeep to the chrysler jeep dealer and was gonna have the speedometer fixed. when i got my reciept with it i had some history. it seems that they had taken the vehicle in for service in 2001 and guess what the milage was then? 94,567. yep. i called and was furious i demanded a refund and they basically told me to get the hell outta their yard they were not gonna refund anything. i said and you dont have a problem with doing me this way. your christian beliefs that you used to sell it will not allow you to give my money back? they said "dont bring christianity into this. but it was fine when they were conning me. i went down to the magistrate and filed a complaint. paid the fee and am now waiting. what do you think will happen?
 
did you have any proof that they said to you!

court wants proof and more over 2nd hand car valued at model of manufacturing not on speedometer use.
only very few value is added if it is Little use
i think its useless that you are paying court and lawer fees!
 
Its amazing I am in the car business and I am one of the most honest and true people you will ever meet and you can't believe how much customers have lied to me all the freaking time they are so dishonest. If I where you I would get what documents together I could get from the dealer and any where else and take them to small claims court and sew the hell out of those lying sacks of shit who hide behind there so call christen crap I hate that when people pull that card out they suck. You need to get a carfax report as well that will give a you a lot of good information to win the case with nail those lying scum bags. Good luck and take them to small claims court you will win.
