I totaled my car on the 401 in Toronto (Canada) into the median when I lost control after being cut off. My air bags did not deploy. The car was a 2005 ford focus hatchback, the entire front end is crumpled, there is no way that at least one airbag sensor was not hit. I was not seriously injured (luckily), but is this not a faulty product? Would I have any sort of case against them?
Can I sue ford for airbag failure?
