Can I sue for sex discrimination?

Last night, one of my former bosses sent me a facebook message calling me a b&^%*h in the subject line and message as follows: "I fired a lot of people, but I have never enjoyed firing anyone as much as you. Women that look and act like you SHOULD have a much better personality. I hope you have learned something from it! "

Now, for a little background. I worked directly for the owner of two car dealerships as an Executive Assistant for almost 2 years. This guy that sent this message was the sales manager for the dealership that my office was not located. I hardly had any interaction with him. At my job, I always had wonderful reviews, regular pay raises and great benefits. I voluntarily left my job upon the birth of twins so I could become a stay at home mother. About 5 months after my twins were born, the office manager of the dealership that this guy works at called and asked if I would like to work there as the receptionist. I said yes since I needed the money and did not want all the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant. I worked there for a month with no problems with anyone. The GM decided to move some of the offices around and this guy ended up being right beside my desk. He fired me the next day. I never knew why I got fired until last night.

According to the EEOC, I have 180 days to file a complaint but it does say also I have 180 days from the last date of harassment.

This guy no longer works at the same dealership. He left this company about 3 weeks ago and went to a different company.

Is this sex discrimination? Can I sue him or can I sue the company he worked for?
For anyone that says my attitude is toxic....please carefully read my post! I worked for the same company for 2 YEARS with NO PROBLEMS. I had absolutely no conflicts with anyone, no disciplinary actions and got along with everyone. He literally came in one morning and fired me without explanation. He clearly stated in the FB message that he did not like the way I looked and made it clear in so many words that women that work for him are going to have to be practically supermodels! I had just had twins so yes, I had a little bit of extra weight on me! He tried to fire the previously receptionist because she was older and unattractive in his opinion and that can be proved with several witnesses.

Don't beat me up. I'm simply asking questions.
