i borrowed $1500 from this person and because i am unemployed i told her to give me more time to repay her, she sue me and she won and judge me to pay $6500 for that loan, the take away all the money of my mother and fiance because they ask me to hold it for awhile besides i can't find a job because my credit was ruin putting i have federal lien because of that loan, can i sue her back because it destroys everything from me,
